Me sorprendió mucho mi visita a Vegantojo:
Primero: yo pensé que sería caro, pues se que cocinar vegano puede ser barato en la materia prima pero es muy laborioso.
Segundo: Considerando que es tan laborioso, un local o restaurante no suele echarle tantas ganas a la preparación de sus alimentos, así que pensé que tampoco estaría rico. Que serían las típicas ensaladas aburridas y platillos desabridos y sin chiste.
Y, ¿Qué creen? Ni lo uno ni lo otro!!! La verdad es que le echan muchas ganas a la preparación (por lo menos en lo que yo probé) y además te mueres de risa de lo que pagas.
El día de hoy yo me pedí una tostada de ceviche de garbanzo que casi me llenó. También pedí, ¿por qué no?, un hot dog (vegano, obviamente,) y como de esos dos platillos fuertes sólo fueron 50 pesos, me quise sentir valiente y hardcore y me pedí un pastel de cacao (ríquísimo, por cierto). Del pastel fueron 25 pesos.
O sea que con 75 pesos hasta postre comí, y en las fotos pueden ver que las porciones no están nada pobres.
Como puntos a mejorar, he de reclamar que no tengan un agua de sabor sencillita. No tienen aguas en su menú pero a su favor la señorita que tan amablemente me atendió me dio una jarrita de agua natural de cortesía, lo cual siempre es un detalle muy fino que habla del respeto por el comensal.
