Staff was nice! Rooms were clean. The only issue was that the restaurant and bar closed at 9pm contrary to the information placed in the room. Not many alternatives for late night dining if you are traveling. Tons of Pokémon Go stops!!! (If that's your thing!)

Buffet breakfast was delicious, handmade tortillas and all the food had a great taste. Omelet statation was perfect

Good location. Clean, spacious rooms 4 stars because alleys and room doors are not sound proof, you can hear everything happening on the alleys! And they hear you too!

Classic hotel with an historic feel. The suite we had was roomy and had a great view of El Centro. Everything was clean and well maintained. The service was excellent! The breakfast buffet has a lot of great authentic options.

Nice hotel in the heart of the city, close to shops,restaurants.
You can have breakfast,lunch or dinner at the hotel's restaurant enjoying the view of the square on the first floor or sitting outside to catch some sun. Service and food was excellent.

The hotel is clean and in a great place because is downtown. I had an accident trying to hold a bottle of water with gel balls which was sitting in the bar. The bottle fell and broke. I was very impressed as to how can that bottle be there (for years as a front desk employee said) and fall so easily by just almost touching it. It was a completely 100%accident but we told I guess the manager we could pay for it which I could not believe he accepted right away. We end up paying $500 pesos for a bottle that fell by accident just by touching it. It was actually standing on a light vase that was smaller in diameter than bottle.
Also. I would like to mention bartender was extremely rude. He never asked or care about this bottle breaking in front of where I was sitting, never asked if I was ok or if something had happened to me , he was very upset and like mad at us,. only one person concerned was a guest near me. Like I said, even after we argued they ended up charging us $500 pesos and losing a customer. Can’t believe
