NO air condition!!! The worst thing is that reception does not advise you that the entire building has been months without air condition and one feels defrauded learning after check in.

It was a good value, comfortable and good location, the issue we've had is the restroom had a funky smell, even if I used the ventilation system that had smell throughout the day, but since we used it most for sleeping and we were tired served it's porpuse

The hotel was wonderful, the staff was excellent. We stayed for a week and the rooms were cleaned everyday by a wonderful lady. The hotel has a vintage elevator that is attended by an employee, in our stay we met 2 very wonderful young men working it, Alan u0026 Angel, they were very respectful, nice and helpful. The front desk called for our taxi to take us to locations and to the airport, the taxi driver they have has been working for them 25 years, he is extremely knowledgeable of the area, they are all very trustworthy, helpful and very nice. You are in the middle of Leon, everything is there right outside, we went to La Feria de Leon, it was the most perfect stay. We highly recommend it!

Rooms were not clean, air-conditioned was not functioning, beds were extremely hard and not comfortable. Everything in rooms needs to be updated.

Good value. Just dropped in for a couple of hours in between flights at the nearby airport. The room was clean and reasonably well furnished. Beds were a little stiff. Biggest issues was a lack of soundproofing. Could hear everything outside, including a pigeon nest on the other side of the wall.

Our room was freezing so we requested another one. The sink was broken and we had no hot water for hours in the evening, they claimed they were working on it. When I called an hour later they laughed and said they forgot to fix ours, so we still had to wait for hot water late at night. I'm giving one star for good customer service by the elevator operators. Will never stay here again

Today I woke up in a nice little hotel (Hotel León) in downtown... You guessed it - León!

I recommend it if you like old hotels. The decor is very 1930's, and they keep it nicely restored, in spite of some "run down" looking nooks. I definitely recommend it if you want an inexpensive place to stay in the middle of Leon's centro histórico.
