The rooms and the appliances in them are VERY outdated, most stuff is tinted yellow due to old age, nonetheless they are kept clean and in working status. The AC in the rooms is phenomenal and the pool is small but clean. What is noteworthy of the hotel is the front desk, they're quick and effective. Additionally, the hotel itself is 5 minutes away from a large popular mall and a couple of supermarkets.

Only stay at this hotel if the city has been destroyed and it's the only building left standing. It's incredibly far from anything interesting and very expensive to get to by taxi and takes about 40 minutes to go back and forth by bus. I had serious problems with the reception staff and was double charged for my stay. They refused to believe me when I said my reservation was paid for online and they made me pay at the desk when I arrived. they also charged me an extra $20 for a 3rd person. This was something that wasn't asked online and I had never experienced a hotel charging per person rather than per room. We stayed in Leon 2 nights but after the horrible check in experience we moved downtown where we could walk everywhere or get there by bus within a few stops.

First of all undersrand that I need to be in this hotel because its location. Its a great family hotel, each room has to sections, refrigerator ,living room, and bedroom, its not so new, but its clean, its located in a comercial zone thats perfect, except on Friday's, because theres high volume music near hotel until 11pm. The service ita great and food is nice, try the tuna tacos!

Awful place. So outdated... I consider it a scam! Its too expensive for what it offers. Definitely the last last LAST option I would suggest

It is a good hotel, with nice rooms and it is not expensive. The only problem it is the road works in front the hotel, is difficult to arrive.

Good service from the personal in the hotel and confort installations, the location is near to principal streets
