This is an excellent option to stay, it is a very comfortable hotel, it has excellent facilities, its gym is perfect, you can exercise comfortably, the swimming pool is covered and it is perfect to relax and have fun with the family. Your buffet is very good. If it's worth staying here. You have a very close shopping center, restaurants, shops, excellent location and safe.

Excellent cleaning! rooms are clean, bathrooms clean. If you care about cleanliness here you can rest assured that you will have it!

All staff members made us feel welcomed, helped us with any questions we hade regarding our surroundings.
Exceptional cleanliness that makes you feel like home.
We stayed during a massive event going in the city, we did not know the hotel practically hosted everyone involved, to my pleasant surprise, we hade an amazing sleep!!

Check in was easy and assistance with bags out of the cab and to the room was perfect and handled very professionally. The room was beautiful, but most importantly, it was extremely quiet all night long. Quiet is important to me. The room had a great shower! I purchased the breakfast option and was not at all disappointed. The food choices were extensive and everything was delicious. The atmosphere for dining was impressive, and service for coffee refills and juice refills was plentiful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

I needed a cab the next morning to the bus station and all was taken care of for me by hotel staff. Great experience.

Fairly typical modern American-chain hotel. Be aware that the breakfast buffet is NOT included in your room, and costs quite a bit per person if you want to add it on.

The beds are the most comfortable in Leon and I love the breakfast and the service is amazing. However, the lighting in the bathrooms is terrible. It changes the color of your skin, makes you look horrible and makes it almost impossible to do your makeup. Please, please change to better, more natural lights or put another mirror in the main room!

The staff was super friendly and easy to converse with. They had great ideas for visiting historical places and recommended great food locations but the hotel food rated with the best in the city

Pool restaurant a lot of good restaurant nearby.
