Horrible service! Made a reservation 4 nights, one night ahead considering my flight arrived early morning. I called the hotel to let them know I would check in early morning so they would not cancel my reservation. When I arrived in the early am, they said my reservation was cancelled due to no show! I explained to them that I had called to clarify I was arriving early morning, they denied ever receiving that message, made me wait for their supervisor 40 minutes so that I can check in. Not an experience you want after flying red eye and not having your own car with you. Worse part is that they were not apologetic nor sensitive to the matter. Very unprofessional as completely unreliable!

Both Michelles at the front desk were super friendly and helpful.

The best part about it is the proximity to the bus terminal and the SHOPPING.

Room was clean. Morning staff was great and attentive. Driver to airport was very nice and informative. Had lunch at the bar great mini burgers. Will be staying here on our next visit.

This Holiday Inn provides a very clean option with superb service and access to many convenient services. The restaurant provide delicious selections and service. The bar has sports videos which kept us entranced while enjoying great adult beverages and daily specials. The front desk provide pleasant and professional service both in checking in and check out. This location is central to the market place and other points of interest, we could walk to the bus terminal as it is contently only one block away. The service staff in all areas are very nice, we enjoyed our interactions with each one. I will come back again as this was my fourth stay here.

The rooms were perfect, the beds were so comfortable we had the best sleep of our vacation in Mexico. The price was very good for the space and quality of service we received.The breakfast buffet was the best option for food and there was a large variation of choices. I was surprised and the stuffed for a small price. Kids ate free, so even better! The only issue we had was that the pool was not opened and we were shuttled to the next Holiday Inn to go swim. Overall, we give this hotel and stay at 10 out of 10!
