The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and well maintained. The room and cleaning was perfect. Great property.

As usual with Hilton, the big problem is the cleanliness, or the lack of…
Bathroom was the worse, with even trash in the floor, walls of the room with very big stains, outside of shower glass something disgusting… the two stars are just become the staff is outstanding, they really try to fix the problems… but these are problems that they should not be fixing…
And on top of that, out of the two elevators they have for seven floors plus two of parking with the hotel completely full, one elevator is out of service…

Confortable place close to polyforum and the Center of Leon. The bathroom could be better (especially the shower) but the room Is good overall.

Great experience within the hotel, very clean, the room service was great and the staff was very friendly and professional. Jean, the front desk clerk was very helpful in setting-up appointments for our covid testing prior to our departure back to the states. The hotel transportation was always available and the drivers, Robert and James are English-speaking which made the trips more enjoyable.

Positive points: clean and close to plaza de piel and León Stadium. Some feedback: not a lot of healthy breakfast choices. Someone was mopping the floor as we ate dinner and as we ate breakfast, which is, um, clean, but chloride doesn't do much for ones appetite.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The waiter at the restaurant was rude! We sat down to eat at 9pm, they close at 10pm. But he was rushing us and only gave us a few items to choose from. The food took forever! The next day the free breakfast was good. They have a variety of foods and the service was great! Very different than the night before.

Very well maintained hotel, comfortable quiet room.. The food at breakfast was so so (cold eggs, etc.) and the bar is under supplied, and the bartender doesn't know how to make even basic drinks.
