Difficult place to grade as it's cons does bring it down a lot but it has great pros. The only reason I would go here is for it's balcony seats, it's fair priced beers and it's food (minimal choice in the menu but great taste non the less). If you don't get a seat on one of the balcony seats then you are left sitting in a below average area where the atmos isn't the greatest. The W.C is definitely not the cleanest (male w.c). I have gone back a few times but only to have a balcony table as the veiw of the main square is pretty cool and great for people watching. The service was decent and very friendly and because of that I did leave a above average tip.
