Very new, very clean, helpful staff spoke excellent English and the rooms are a decent size for business travelers. Tons of outlet and WIFI available (no fridge). Location is excellent located next to a plaza with a huge supermarket and other restaurants. Recommended for business travelers but not so much for families.

This is how a medium-priced hotel should be in 2015. Small but state of the art bathroom with water-saver toilet and Corian counter. The large desk/work area had outlets for power, USB and network. Decor is crisp and clean. Comfortable beds. Staff is courteous and professional. I highly recommend this hotel brand.

A nice place to stay for the price. The Asian style beds are something to get use to. The breakfast is good with many options.

Great hotel u0026 service. Only problem, we don't get to stay in it very long. Our day starts early u0026 we don't get bk till very late. All in all it's good.

Very poor service:
- shuttle service was unavailable despite having previously confirmed it would be available
- nobody picked up the telephone at the reception during working hours. I needed to keep trying for over 90 minutes until finally somebody picked up
- when trying to post a complain to the management the staff just kept finding excuses why it was not possible...

It is the fastest registration I have had. The room was clean. Customer service is excellent.

No bueno, bad attitude in front desk, no help with luggage, showers get floated, bad breakfast, and i was denied to speak with supervisor.
