Terrible experience for groups. We were a group of 13 people, we asked for a table. Our assigned waiter (Pedro) made the necesary arrangements but after a while, AFTER we sat down and were in the middle of the dinner, the manager (Daniela) wanted to move us because we couldnt sit where WE WERE TOLD; all if this in a very unpolite and aggresive manner. And very bossy.
After that the overall dinner was ruined because of the Attitude, and even our main waiter ran away because we complain.

Aside, the bathrooms were dirty, the food is ok (lot of options but they can improve the flavor), there is free parking, debit/credit is accepted. The cashiers are very slow.

We are not locals, so if you are a tourist, don't waste your dinner time here.

My father-in-laws favorite restaurant, it has good American classical in the buffet. We usually go there about 2 times per month

Overall is a good place. Clean and with good service. The food is well served. I was in a day less crowded than usual. The service is very good even in days with a lot of people. The prices are still acceptable and appropriate for an adult and a child.

Dont waist your time you think that there are acutally gonna have decent diffrent meats to chose from and its all garbage bad flavor poor service machines ran out off watter they coudent even give us any drinks worst buffet i have been at in leon over priced for the bad food they serve i will recomend mr pampas iff your looking for a great buffet with great quality of meats and service

My mistake was to go there on Sunday. The waitress made a mistake on the drinks and instead of owning the error they wanted to charge us for it. Half of the food is ok, I tried the ribs and they were like charcoal.

And good food
The lithe inconvenien is the people
Some times the people is asking for the ticket of your payment
And that is no good don't let us enjoy our food
