As my wife and I walked in to IHOP the attention and atmosphere was great. When our server Gustavo came to the table he was pleasant and suggested the special of the day Turkey Melt sounded good but we wanted breakfast so we ordered omelets when our food came to the table it was perfect. We visited this IHOP for breakfast and it was delicious. I have not been to an IHOP in over 10 years and this one was designed and laid out quite nicely. The service was spot on and the food as I said was delicious. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable breakfast and the prices were quite reasonable.

Service to our table wasn't up to par. Our server was "busy" doing on line surveys with customers so she asked another server to help her out. First of all, I was given coffee with no milk, sugar (splenda) or spoon, then my eggs weren't cooked like I ordered them. He didn't provide straws, we had to ask for them. Then I asked for more coffee and again I had to ask for the milk and Splenda. We finished and our original server came over, I asked for the check and of course she asked for a 15% tip which she didn't earn and neither did the helper. I'm not sure if she shared with him. Next time I will decide if I leave a tip or not and the percentage. Service could be much better.

Omg...LOVED IT!!! Food was GREAT Customer Service is EXPECTIONAl. Im in awe of the Ihop in Hermosillo being that the Tucson IHOPS customer service is non existent. Thank you!!!!????????????????????

The worst restaurant in Hermosillo. Horrible service. Cold food. Lots of waiters standing around doing nothing. They cannot even handle basic bacon and eggs. Extremely expensive.

I ate here on May 29, 2021, with my wife and family. This location is not in the traditional iHOP layout. It is more modern and somewhat industrial looking on the inside. It was a little difficult to find, as it isn't its own stand alone build but instead part of a larger building. The food tasted ok, not the best, not the worst. Service was a little slow. If you like iHOP, you will be ok here. I would recommend.
