OH SORPRESA!!! el tercer año del crédito pagó su seguro por fuera y además el banco le cobró también seguro de auto en la mensualidad, fueron 6 meses de martirio pagando la mensualidad del auto más el seguro que ellos nos pusieron, decenas de llamadas telefónicas, visitas a sucursal, etc, etc, etc, etc, después de ese tiempo le "arreglaron su caso" pero no le regresaron nada de lo que estuvo pagando extra por el segundo seguro del carro, sólo le dijeron que no se lo iban a regresar, que lo iban a tomar a "mensualidades pre pagadas" y no nos escucharon, ellos se sentaron en esos pagos excedente sin nuestro consentimiento.
