The pool was dirty one of the pool filters was missing and so it was jam packed with dirt and other materials. The pool had cigarette butt and dead small bugs . It also had a film to it like . The breakfast was good great choice. Margarita were very good so recommend. The room didn't have a refrigerator my boyfriend got the romántico package and they but fake flower and made towels swans. It would of had the wow factor if they use real rose petals . They also brought champagne and chocolate covered strawberries . Champagne was not the best

Not a good deal. Room carpet and floor were dirty. Bedding was poor quality, shower was sprinkler system, horrible service at the restaurant, breakfast buffet is about 22 USD per person and not worth it, I could go on

All the staff were very attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

Clean, comfortable except for the pillows (which were lumps of miscellaneous rocks), super friendly staff and reasonable pricing. We liked that we were close enough to walk through town and find a place to have a drink as well as a restaurant. We have more reservations coming up.

I have been in top-notch hotels when doing business traveling to Hermosillo, this one is the best and their reputation exceeds throughout all these years! Courteous, professional, clean, the best service at the bar, restaurant, and front desk representatives. This is by far, ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS IN TOWN!

From the moment we arrived we received Amazing customer servics, the room service was great the bar lounge was exvellent. Overall all the staff made our stay awesome!!
