Visited this hotel for a one-night stay in Hermosillo. Solid but unspectacular just as I expected. It isn’t pretty or luxurious in any way but I didn’t have any issues and it actually includes a good enough breakfast.

Like always excelent experience. Clean rooms. Great staff. The complementary breakfast is super good. Great coffee 24x7 (love this) ????

Good in general. The staff was very nice and helpful. We arrived at midnight and our reservation was ready.

It's an old hotel but well maintained.

The place to go to the Visa appointment is right next to it. 5 minutes walk.

An uber can take you across the Avenue to the mall where you can find good restaurants.

Clean room...very friendly staff..especially night security offering ideas where to visit was nice. The simple (free) breakfast was delicious with a good variety .
Secure parking was included. Great value overall-
Update---April 29, 2018
We tried to book a room on the website and could not. We arrived at the hotel the next day trying to book a room in person. The front receptionist told us that on line booking was closed due to the fact that there were a high demand for room coming up. so were were ready to book a room in person but the price turned out to be 50% more that the on-line price and charge that we paid last visit.
Maybe we would have still booked the room but the terrible attitude that the receptionist displayed toward us was very rude when we asked what the why it mattered if customers book on line or in person it is still a paying customer. Another female employee next to her suggested she speak to the manager maybe they could help us and she said "No, the manager can t help." We felt that the receptionist treated us unfairly because we don t speak the language fluently.
At this point, we dont feel that we'll ever go back to City Express, as much as we liked it the first time.
