Room had no working shower, had to go ask that be fixed, eventually had water. The free WiFi is worse than poor, it's essentially non-existent. All night and early morning heard people shouting as they arrived or left the hotel? Wasn't able to sleep. Also no trashcan in the room that I could see. I picked this hotel while on a necessary roadtrip with my dog, so chose this hotel for allowing pets. Otherwise would not recommend.

Rundown and expensive, but the only place we could find in the early morning accepting pets. There were hairs on the sheets, and black mold in the bath, and the security guards cigarette smoke came in through the broken bathroom window.

WiFi was poor. If you got a connection it was only for about 5 minutes.
Beds are very hard. Pillows are old and stained and provide no support. I needed all 4 in the room under my head to be a single pillow at home.
Room keys are only programmed for a single night. Didn't realize that until the second day after spending 12 hours at the Ford plant, on my feet, to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor.
No elevator for older people with bad joints.

One star goes to the excellent restaurant and their staff.
Parking is near the bungalow rooms with no signs to go to check in. Restaurant staff took their time to show me where check-in was in a different building with little to no markings out front that it was the actual Hotel.
Provided towels are old and tattered and frayed. One hod holes in it. This would be a shop rag at my house, not a guest towel.

Convenient, clean and easy. Many options for room types and locations. If on a motorcycle you can ask for a room with proximal parking - the staff are understanding. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The walk into the city center is pleasant. I am told by a local policeman that this is a particularly safe part of what is already a safe city.

I'd rather sleep in my car. I used to stay here years and years ago and it was decent clean and cheap, but this last trip the smell in the room was so disgusting and strong it was hard to sleep. The room was dirty, the sewer smell coming from the bathroom didn't go away with the windows open and door closed. Moldy dirty ceilings in the bathroom. Just gross. We had 2 rooms and they were both the same. No fan so I tried to run air. Never cold air and kept my neighbors up all night. Would go on for about a minute every 10 minutes. There are so many other motels in this immediate area that there would never, ever be a reason to stay here again. Told the desk about our problems...*crickets* I hate to even give them 1 star. I've lived in Mexico for 21 years so I am used to less than ideal conditions and this was the absolute worst!

Price / quality ratio is fine
The rooms are simple, blankets were connected to beds (not to be stolen or what?)
I did not like the smell in the room - the building is pretty old I suppose
People at the reception do you speak much English, but they try their best to explain you everything in Spanish
In general, it is very unlikely to will stay to this place in the future ????

Well, a couple of issues....first, no alcoholic beverages allowed...second, wifi poor...I was assigned a room as far from the office as possible where the wifi was on again off again...it worked better in the courtyard - which was very nice - but in my room, not so much, and even in the courtyard it would drop out periodically...asking for a room near the office may help but I have no way of testing that theory...price was good and staff friendly and helpful
