Holiday Inn Hermosillo, an IHG Hotel

Beautiful building. Rooms were clean. The suite had a giant living room area closed off from the bedroom. Restaurant was a bit lacking to be considered a 4 star hotel but it's open until 12 am. Staff was very friendly.
I did have a problem with the Rewards Account. I didn't receive my points for the stay.

Stayed here a couple of years ago it was very nice rooms were big and the food at the hotel was very nice.

The overall experience was great. Very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room. Loved it. I also appreciated that the food menu had regional items to pick from. I was in town for a business meeting and for reasons beyond myself I had to held it in the hotel common area and we were very pleased eith the staff's attentions.

My husband is in a wheelchair from a recent trauma and we were nervous about taking our first trip out of town since he became paralyzed. I called the Holiday Inn in Hermosillo and they were very helpful in getting us the perfect room for him. The room was far more accommodating than our own home. The bathroom was just as he needed it with a shower seat and commode. The only thing that could have been better is that the bed is a bit high for wheelchair transfers. Other than that, we loved our stay and the staff was wonderful.

Heat wouldn't work, bathroom light was out, shower head was so high 6'3+ aimed straight across and not movable. No ice bucket or cups, only one coffee. On a positive note the place was empty and quiet and the beds were soft.

This hotel has everything on point. Rooms are great u0026 what amazed me is no hotel room smell. we had stayed at very nice hotel in San Diego the week prior and when we got home everything smelled like hotel room. YUK!! The staff was nice u0026 helpful????
They have 2 restaurants inside hotel. Both have great menus. We tried them both ????.
I definitely recommend this hotel ????

I stayed in this property before and I never had a problem until my last stay. on Saturday 23 October there was a party with the reggaetón playing from 9 pm until 6 am. I was unable to sleep because of the loud music. My concerns are for the employees and the management of the hotel, Did you hear the music? in case you knew about an event/party coming, why you did not notice us about the music upon check in or placed a letter in the room? I come from a hospitality background myself, I even worked with IHG and I know very well that this is not acceptable in such properties.
