Hotel Araiza Hermosillo

The only thing we enjoyed at araiza hotel was the pool. Because the room was very dated, the carpet not so clean, and there was a big spider n the wall at night (we told the receptionist about this and she didn’t care). So the next day we moved to another place. Don’t recommend this hotel !

This place was peaceful. I thought it would be louder since there were many people there for a wedding and quinceanera and there were picture being taken just outside the hotel, but it was rather quiet. The pool was super cold so we could not get in, but just relaxing next to the pool was nice. The room was clean, the a/c worked great. The tv channels and wifi available definitely kept being in your room comfortable. We had to wear masks inside which was fine, but were comfortable of when not to wear masks, like by the pool/outside/eating. The restaurant inside was tasty. I enjoyed the green drink with breakfast. Getting into the hotel was troublesome only because coming from the East we had to u-turn in whereas it was easy coming in from the West. There is a place to exchange currency across the street which we walked over to so that was convenient as well.

Nice, clean and very friendly staff, the young lady was being trained at the front desk with the entire check in process, so it required a little extra patience, but other then that, check in went smooth. The Pool area looked inviting, clean and well maintained, same with the lobby, the bell man was very helpful, so was the parking security.

Nice room and secure parking lot. The lot adjacent to the room was noisy for a while but calmed down. Staff and guests were safely masked up.

Great experience during my stay in Hermosillo. This lovely Hotel was centrally located. stayed in the Superior King suite at a very reasonable price. A/C was fabulous. Had the pool virtually to our selves during our visit, plus the breakfast that was included with my type of reservation was wonderful! Definitely would stay again while visiting Hermosillo.

Our room looked different from the pictures on the website, it was outdated and the bathroom needs a lot of repairs.
In particular I did not like the food served @ the breakfast buffett. My compliments for the staff, they were very friendly and professional.

Daughters graduation ball was held here.
I was impressed by the facility.
Staff was very helpful and noce.
Professional.
