One of the best hotel choices we had in the area, if not the best! The pool was certainly a plus. We got a great deal on our stay vs the other options we had and this was by far the best. The buffet breakfast was great. No towel limit or restrictions. The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the shower was hot! I strongly recommend that you stay in this hotel. You won't regret it!

We stayed for 7 days for our wedding and by the last days we started to notice some things missing. Buffet is not that good better to go and eat somewhere else. for the price there buffet is trash. Only good thing it’s in the center of everything. Kee your eye out for your stuff. And no fridge or ice machines!

Depends how you rate hotels, but in my experience the hotel is pretending to be something it's not. I would say it's a 3 star hotel.
Great Mexican breakfast with a huge variety of options if you speak Spanish. Dinner menu is in English and staff understand a little bit of English but would be preferable if you can communicate in Spanish.
Lobby looks fancy and staff were wonderful taking our bags to our room and calling taxis for us.
The rooms were nice. Big bed, nice shower and big sink area. Liked having a safe, and a bench to open our suitcase on.
Liked having a coffee machine in the room and the water topped up everyday.
Our neighbors decided to party at 3.30am but after we rang reception staff quickly appeared at their door and stopped them.
The lifts are SLOW and few. I'm pregnant and ended up using the stairs everyday because it was quicker to go up and down 4 floors!
The walls are thin and you can hear every bang, footstep and conversation that goes on outside even if it's not outside your room. And if anyone is having a bit of hanky panky you can hear that too.
Toilet paper is thin.
We were given a towel stained with mascara on our second day.
The shower heads desperately need de-scaling.
They don't clean the floors well. On our first day I walked bare foot and ended up filthy and with someone's long black hair stuck to my foot.
Children do run up and down the corridors.
The room next to the elevators isn't pleasant for noise levels.
Some light switches didn't do anything.
We had two card keys that didn't work and the door was sticky and hard to open, not great when you're pregnant.
Staff start Knocking on doors about 9:45 if you like to sleep in.
Check in was SLOOW.
Definitely trying to appear to be fancier than it is. Need Spanish to have a comfortable time (not a complaint just a warning).

Very nice hotel. I’m here for business trip but they gave me room number #120 that in first floor and next to the lobby. I can heard noise from the all time at all night… I can’t sleep all the night.

Checked in; courteous checkin; very poor appearance of hotel lobby...rundown; scratched up elevator; awful dark room. Looked nothing like it did when I stayed there 4 years ago. Requested another updated room; got asked to meet associate on 5th floor and no one showed up. Then went back down 10 mins after with my luggage and they offered a room but said all look the same. Told them I did not like it. Refund offered and the guy had no clue how to issue refund. Two hours and three people later they said system down and to wait 2 days for credit card refund to be stastarteNo manager on site. What nonsense? Rinky dink operation! Ended up having to call my credit card co in Canada to disallow charges. Very frustrating encounter. Never book nor stay there. No apology nothing and they dinged me one night even though reservation was made same day for a week and I arrived before 6pm. Worst serserviceer. Will never set foot here again.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Kids running wild in the hallways at all hours! Not their fault. Parents won't supervise. Hotel should make upper floors "Adults Only", especially on weekends, and offer this option.

We liked the hotel, the pool and the breakfast. But afterwards we discovered that we have been charged twice, and the same thing happened to our friends staying there. It's a pity, because it changed a good experience to something frustrating, because it is hard to get in touch with the hotel through phone and email.
