I told him about the error before I signed and he acted like he cancelled the transaction and ran my card again. In the end I was charged twice. Once for 2800 pesos and once for 280 pesos.

I was more that willing to walk over to the bank on the corner to get cash but they we adamant that using a card wasn't a problem. I wonder why?
