Delicious! What makes it different is that the sauce to drown your torta in is like a delicious tomato gazpacho. Very delicate flavors compared to all the heavy other ahogadas sauces. Meat was also wrll seasoned and the bread was fresh and soft.

Not a good experience. I could not get service after 10 minutes in the line they said they just got a big to deliver service and no food left for people in the line. Their priorities are just not right o this is the future for food service. Not the first time including other restaurants tho

The best local Tortas Ahogadas in all Guadalajara City. The location is quite awful but offers a genuine local experience.

This restaurant serves you food out of a bicycle food dispenser, and altho this is a nice novelty reminiscent of this restaurant success over tons of years, this now serves no real purpose other than slowing down costumer service.

Last time here in GDL I tried a torta ahogada elsewhere and really wasn't impressed. My local friend brought me here and what a treat! Only my second true torta ahogada so don't have much to compare it to but man was it tasty. The pork was nice and tender and the sauce was perfect. It was also a fun experience to eat it in the bag. Excited to try more torta ahogadas to see how this stacks up. Go and try it.

The best tortas ahogadas in Town. The difference between this and other places is "the salsa", completely different , honestly I love it. If you wanna come from other country and want a taste a tipicall dish from Guadalajara, I recommend this place.
