After looking at two other hotels and not being able make a reservation due to being fully booked, I settle for this one. I woke up at 3 am due to music from a night club nearby. Bathroom had no shower curtain. The room could use an upgrade. Also a maintenance guy was screaming like crazy. Last day internet was down. The only positive was the price and the receptionist had a nice attitude.

Very clean, staff is very professional, room had Amazon Prime included, at great price

Wifi connection bad in the rooms, cockroaches in the bathroom, fairly clean but there was a lump of hair in the middle of the bathroom. The staff were nice.

small, clean room. friendly staff. wifi and elevator did not work. noise from the street was so loud it was like the freeway traffic was driving past the bed. very economical, though. you get what you pay for.

It's a horrible stay for us and have to stay one more night, can't wait to leave Guadalajara tomorrow because we didn't sleep at night, it feels like your bed is right in the middle of the street and cars passing right next to your bed.. the rooms right in front of the street should be charged 50% off price because it's like a torture at night. Our time in Guadalajara was ruined because of this hotel because we are too tired to enjoy any of this. Women's in reception looks miserable and tired. Toilets start to smell in the evenings so keep the doors closed.

I stayed there for almost a month. People there are very nice and helpful. The only thing I don't like is you can only use the wifi in the lobby.
