I relied on street food during my stay in Guadalajara. All my meals were taken on the streets in and around Guadalajara. This is the only place I went back to, for many reasons:
1- CLEAN and inspires confidence.
2- VERY tasty. High quality ingredients.
3- quiet street, less cars around.
4- They take Credit Cards!!! I couldn't believe it: that's the ONLY street food place I have been to that take credit cards. This is important when you know that Exchange offices in Guadalajara are robbers and their rates are a ripoff (18.2 when it should be 20+)
5- all the workers are NICE. No English, but they struggled to explain the menu and the ingredients. Good service, nice crowd too.
