Outstanding Carne en su jugo. Great service.

Holding the Guinness World Record for the fastest restaurant service, Karne Garibaldi is something of an icon in Guadalajara's restaurant scene.

Service is friendly, welcoming, and EXTREMELY efficient, as you might expect from a world record holding establishment.

The food, too, is frankly excellent, with the carne en su jugo being among the best I've had anywhere.

Cheap prices, good service and tasty food. There is only one item on the menu so that's why they serve everything so fast. It doesn’t change the fact that it is pretty impressive. Everything is perfectly done. Try it! Is worth every penny.

Great place to eat, there was a short wait but well worth it! The food arrived at the table very fast. The drink pictured is Jamaica and lemonade with Vodka. The staff was great and very helpful.

What we all wish "fast food" actually was. This restaurant chain puts all other "fast food" chains to shame. The service is friendly and lightening quick while the food tastes super fresh and really authentic. Recommendations: carne en su jugo (large order, it goes quickly), guacamole and a side of beans! I almost forgot order the Sangria, you will not be disappointed!

The service was very fast as expected! It took less than 30 seconds to get our 2 plates of carne en su jugo. The beans were ok, but not great. And the carne en su jugo was not the best that I've tasted. After adding onion, cilantro, and lime it tasted much better. It's good but not what I expected from online promotions.

Busy restaurant in a relatively nice part of the city. Went there for a late night dinner during the week with a group of 6. Super busy. We were given a table by the entrance. More common now, the menu is provided by QR code. We were asked twice if were ready to order. Tortilla chips and beans were IMMEDIATELY set on our table as well as warm tortillas. We finally placed our order with the waiter. We planned to share plates but were told by the waiter that sharing plates is discouraged and could not provide extra plates. We continued with our plan to share plates. Our order came within 5 min Really. The food was hearty and flavorful but uneventfull. Service was fast and attentive. Chips and beans kept coming. The place was bustling for a weeknight with locals. The waiters were quick to pick up our empty plates and remaining food before our entire party was finished eating. Funny or annoying depending on your perspective. Definitely worth the visit. Food is good, hearty, affordable, the menu limited and the service is fast.
