This is truly a hidden gem in the hotel industry. The Six Hotel is quaint and perfect in every sense of the word perfect. Anyone traveling to Guadalajara Mexico and want to stay off the beaten path should try it.

One guy at the reception (afternoon shift) was not helpful at all. I asked him some informations and he told me that he will call me later but he didn’t. Also my friend came to my room to wait for me and he was calling me so rudely saying that my friend must wait downstairs. When I came back downstairs I saw him playing with his phone. Then he was tracking me all time (so annoying). The room is tiny and the breakfast is poor. Also the air conditioning is locked to one temperature only. They never cleaned my room ! They didn’t even change my towels ! It’s ok because it’s not too hot in November but I guess for summer it’s not good. This reception guy made my trip so bad. I wanted to extend one more week but I moved to another hotel because of him ! I already complained to Hotels.com about him. I’ve been to many hotels around the world and this is the first time that someone tracked me like he did.

First, the good. Six is in an incredible location, in between Zona Centro and Chapultepec. There are some 6 bars within a block of the hotel, a gorgeous park right out the front door, and tons of other restaurants and convenience stores a stone's throw away. The rooms are kind of Euro-deco and nice for the price, breakfast is included, and the showers are great. Now, the bad. We never saw a maid during our entire 5-night stay. We would have to call numerous times before clean towels and toilet paper would be brought up, and sometimes stuff we requested wouldn't be brought up at all. The toilet stopped working and the sink clogged. It's noisy. The bed was uncomfortable. Netflix, though advertised, didn't work, and the A/C unit was stuck on one temperature. This hotel is decent for the price, and great for the location.

Internet service is bad. WiFi only works by the elevator and I had a suite and I couldn’t get any WiFi....Friendly service from all the staff. On my first day there was no Hot water for some reason.

Place is clean, but the beds are really hard. It's really noisy on the weekends till 3 or 4 am. People are nice, It's good for someone young that just wants to sleep and shower.

Good place to stay. I just had the chance to stay there 1 night, but workers are really kind. Breakfast included.
