I’ve been to this place three times and it’s blown me away each time. The food quality is top notch and the presentation, staff and environment are all 5 stars. Went to the new place recently and was glad to see the same characteristics come through. There are more and more vegan options in GDL, but this is clearly number one for now!

I absolutely cleaned up a fantastic French toast. I was only disappointed that there was so much food that I couldn’t try more. Oh well. Until next time.

Absolutely fantastic! Had the pizza of the day and it was one of the best I ever had. Ordered a second slice straight away after. The snickers bar for dessert was beautiful too. And all without refined sugar.
The owners and all the other stuff are lovely.
They offer cooking classes too. Wish I had the time to do one.

relaxing energies emanating from this cozy humble abode turned vegan eatery. soothing tones vibrate throughout the space from their gentle speakers. i recommend sitting outside nestled underneath the shelter of green foilage.

I am in GDL for business. I've had lots of trouble to find a decent vegan place, where I really LIKE the food, and not just OK with.

Selva Blanca is magical - everything is organic and created in place, the ingredients feel fresh and the portion sizes are very fair.

And to the dessert - I orderer the chocolate tart, and, well... I just ended up buying the recipe as well. As a hobbyist baker, this is a very impressive and artistic work with plant-based ingredients.

Personally - the guys were so lovely and welcoming. It is very visible that they make their foods with their hearts. I will definitely come back my next travel here.

Best vegan burger in town! Do not go here and not order it, it is sooooo good. Other must tries: omelette, sushi de quinoa, tacos de pastor, ALL the desserts, especially the snickers. :)

Excellent vegetarian food and wonderful people. In a city where veggie food is hard to find, they have great tacos, burritos and nachos. Also great options for cookies and vegan cheeses.

Such a great place! Everything about it is just great, food is delicious, very friendly and amazing customer service. And they make you feel very welcomed. I HIGHLY recommend this place!
