Yes the pillows are very thick and uncomfortable. We asked for an inside room and the noise wasn't too bad. The air conditioning is very quiet and doesn't drown out outside noises.
Currently there is a breakfast you can get in the restaurant for 150 pesos per person.

The hotel is located in a very Busy street. A lot of big trucks driving by day and night

It's a very clean and comfortable hotel . The staff are really nice . There is no near places to eat but you have two options of restaurants to bring food directly to your room . It has towels,shampoos,soaps,sleepers and a hair dryer .

I would stay again!

It should be a 4 star hotel.

Incredible place, clean, super friendly with excellent service from every host. The problem is some noise at night. The hotel is located next to one of the main avenues in the city, some trucks will go by and make the room vibrate. Not so much of a trouble but for certain people this could be an issue. In an excellent location, there are many options for eating and dining just around. If you like a more regional experience, the main distribution market (central de abastos) Is just crossing the street. You can find almost any type of food. Expect a traditional Mexican market including the shallow passages and the amount of people passing by.

Service good, rooms are very good, they need to improve the breakfast its very salty and no flavor.
