Nice cannelloni, but not unforgettable, for my personal taste it needed a little bit of flavor (probably salt). Salad good but i little bit musty. Wine of the house tasty. Excellent service though.

I ordered cheese ravioli, carpese salad and water. The salad I couldn't eat. It was old and the basil was dead. I could not cut the tomatoes with a knife. When I told the waiter he laughed at me. "Sorry" What if someone gets sick or worse. They will say, I didn't know. Sorry. The cost was 340.00 nmp. I do not recommend this place.

Cold fresh Pasta served here for both plates. Fettuccine (with shrimp) and cannelloni with spinach both served cold - pre-made and barely warmed to cold in the centre. Service was pathetically inept. How this place scores high must be based on the pizza. We had a nice bottle of Spanish red which was the only thing we enjoyed about this place other than the nice informal dining room. The owner stopped by and asked about our meal - we sent the one dish to be warmed we assume in a microwave and it returned cold in the centre. We visit Guadalajara often but sure as heck won’t be back here.

The food here is so incredibly tasty, it's authentic and honestly the best Italian food I've ever tasted. I highly recommend the black truffle fries and the pepperoni pizza, it's the best of the best. They also have tasty drinks and the ambiance is good for big groups or one on one eating.

Very good alfredo and ravioli sauce

The bolognese sauce was on point

The alfredo sauce was on point

Red wine was alright.

Clericot -- very good, highly recommended. A bit on the sweet side for me personally though.

Pizza - A

Clericot - A
• A bit weak but fruity and not too sweet. Perfect. Could have had more alcohol

Mushroom risottto - B
• Flavorful but the rice a bit hard

Pastas dishes (general) - C tasted bland but edible.

Lasagna - F. Absolutely the worst. Way too acidic, tasted vinegar. All 7 members in our party agreed. It had to be returned it was inedible. Perhaps the ingredients and meat was expired or perhaps it was the recipe. I think it was the ingredients.

Overall - service was good but the food was bad. The pizza could pass however. Do not order lasagna (unless they use fresh unexpired ingredients).

first time and last time. we ordered a lasagne and a quattro formaggi. the lasagne was swimming in juice and from the four different kinds of cheese i could only see one.
time management doesn't seem to matter in this place. my lasagne was ready on a cold plate within minutes while my friend had to wait another 15 minutes for her pizza. does this restaurant think my friend likes to watch me while i'm eating?
we were there at the evening and it was rather dark inside because there was only one ceiling light. even the fake candle couldn't help it.
