The staff is great, but the rooms are lacking toiletries, example had to ask for toilet paper no facial towels,no small bar in room to keep anything cold. The restaurant food was a day old at 7am for breakfast. The bar was staffed with only one person it took forever to get a drink. Overall I don't recommend this hotel there are other choices and prices and similar or equivalent. It's good if you just want to stay close to the downtown area. But as I said there are many hotels.

This hotel was perfect. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room was spacious and the location was very close to restaurants and shopping.
We borrowed bikes from the hotel and they were of good quality. We went to the bar for happy hour and the bartender was friendly.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.

Everything is meticulously done! the staff was amazing, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I am definitely coming back again.
I did not get to enjoy the restaurant or the bar, I went to an outside restaurant as they had more options for food at cheaper price and the same thing for the bar. The A/C worked excellent, we had no issues so we slept very cool. One of the biggest things to point out, is the location. It is very close to the Cathedral/DT.

Amazing service, great location and the most friendly staff. The hotel was gorgeous and had art everywhere. The bar was cute and had a great selection of tequila. Bar snacks were tasty too. My room was spotless and the air condition cold - and refreshing after a long day exploring the city. I loved the area had a lot of things to walk to like great restaurants, the churches and the mueso de cabanas.

Staff is fantastic. Hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and secure. The issue was with bar across street. It seemed like my window was missing as it was so loud, we could not sleep at all. Called front desk at midnight and they came up to hear noise and found us another room immediately. If we come back this way, we know to ask for quiet side

Very clean, beautiful, and the beds are amazing, comfortable and convenient, close to everything, restaurants, teatro and emblematic points of the city.

Beautiful hotel! The service was amazing. The rooms were really nice and clean. The whole experience was great!
