It has everything you need as a Backpacker. Gym equipment, boxing equipment, and it is also not to expensive if you wanna go just a few times. For me, perfect gym in Guadalajara!

This is what a gym should be. A 90s style place packed with machines, weights, boxing gear and dudes working out

This is the strangest gym, it’s not updated. First floor is a boxing type of gym, the second floor is literally a bar just a bunch of people drinking, the third floor is the gym and it has plenty of machines but are old, the floor smells horrible! It just had a nasty smell. It’s a strange gym to be honest and a bit sketchy

It's 70 pesos a visit and has plenty of equipment in a not elegant gym..More hardcore style but there are plenty of cardio machines in the front.

The gym isn't worth it, check the others in the area.
Additionally the owner argues with any criticism. You can easily see this in other reviews, it's weird and petty.

Al momento de querer subir al gimnasio fui sacada a la fuerza ... al parecer es un gimnasio únicamente dedicado al servicio de la testosterona, y algo que los guardianes de la puerta defienden cual Sauron a Mordor... es el único gimnasio que me queda cerca al salir de mi empleo sin tener que caminar por calles obscuras, lo cual temo. Que triste que no se puedan admitir mujeres, y se tenga que usar la fuerza (tal primate) para perpetuar el "reglamento". Y bueno... Por cosas cómo estas somos tercermundistas.

Upon entering I attempted to go upstairs to the gym which ended in the astonishing surprise of being carried and taken out by force, a behavior backed up by the fact that it is a "testosterone only" gym. . . a rule which the guardians of the door defend like Sauron to Mordor... It is the only gym which is near upon ending my shift, any other is many dark and dangerous blocks away... so I am being denied entry for the hormone I secrete. . . Option 2, death. Hooray!
It's a pity that women (in my similar position) are excluded from the upstairs premises, and those who dare fracture the rule of the macho will suffer the befallment of primitive actions.
And we still wonder why this country of ours is stuck in the third world. . .
