If I could give this place 10 stars I would ⭐️ Out of all the restaurants I tried during my stay in Guadalajara this one was the best! Such a great experience with nice waiters and the food was amazing! I’m very picky with food and I just wanted some good pozole before going back home. The line does get long to get in but it moves fast and worth the wait. My boyfriend and I loved it so much that we went back for a second time before heading back to Cali.

Nothing really special about this place. I watch how they are cooking and I did not see they have cleaning measure in place. For instance, the folks who is preparing food don't ware gloves. How would I know they cleaned up their hand after going to restroom. Also, I noticed the color of the oil looks strange. I order something I am sure their hands won't touch to make sure I won't get their germs. The line can be crazy long.

Hands down best best restaurant in Guadalajara. There is a reason for this many amazing reviews. The place is incredible. Loved the service but mostly i loved the food . I left this place so happy. I recommend absolutely everything. Pozole was my fav and quesadilla with chicken.

Just WOW! So many people here on a Sunday morning, and needless to say the line was long but quick. The food has perfect taste in my opinion, at least the chilaquiles in red sauce. The wait for the food was ok, considering how busy they were and the price is very reasonable. If you are in central Guadalajara this should be on your list.

Such amazing authentic food!! Amazing salsas… and best tortillas I’ve had in my life. Rice water, chicken quesadilla, sopes, pozole… there’s a reason it’s so highly rated! Very attentive, friendly staff! Must try.

Excellent food, overall. I had the flautas, and a torta ahogada. The torta didn’t lot meet my expectations, but the flautas were great! Good size portions. Wait staff seemed hurried and we’re not engaging at all.

I liked it. Place is clean. Staff is kind and funny. Food is good. I missed breakfast. I really wanted to try their breakfast menu. I'll try again later.
