Rooms are kind of old and even the TV is from at least 1999 (not a flat screen). A piece of marmosl slab slamed from the labatory isside the bathroom my wife's foot as she was washing her teeth. Good thing she is ok. Staff was helpfull made no attempt to foolow up and see if my wife was ok.

It's April 15th 2022. If you have reservations here cancel them. There's no running water at the moment and they don't have a time line to fix it. They didn't even mention it when I checked in.

The rooms reserved online were not the rooms given to us on our stay. When we told them and showed them the pictures of the rooms we’d already paid for, they said they would give us the actual decent suites for more money. We ended up staying with the rooms they claimed we reserved, which was not true. They were two old, joint suites; one had carpet and smelled horrible. Their online pictures are a scam. The bed sheets were dirty with stains and hair, the bathrooms smelled like mold and the rooms had no A/C. The elevator does not work properly, the curtains and windows were dusty as heck and there were spiderwebs on the corners. Though the staff members are courteous, they still scammed our family. Two other families had the same issue, arguing at the front desk because they did not receive the rooms they paid for. Do not recommend this place at all.

Incredibly beautiful view! Spacious room. Modern enough with older charm. Breakfast included in our plan. Parking garage in and out is by request. Overall very good. We would return.

Worst hotel! Dirty, filthy. Beware they are robbers and dishonest. We reserved two nights. Got the room and the sheets were stained with blood and sink dirty. Hotel said they would reimburse us and not charge since we left. Many months later we are still fighting this charge because the hotel has not been honest. Horrible customer service and very nasty hotel to stay in specially in Covid era!

There were so many things wrong in this hotel. First of all, the hotel lobby seems to be the only updated part of the hotel while the rooms were badly taken care of with stains on the sheets and the restroom ceiling having cracks which somtimes dripped water or whatever was falling from the room above. Second of all, to make matters even worse the ac didnt even work properly. I called maintenence to come fix it but their response was that the ac was working to its "maximum capacity" and the room was unable to actually get any colder. Finally the service was bad overall. I asked multiple times for towels to be brought to my room and only about 3 hrs later did they bring them after I had called for the 4th time. I understand that this hotel has been around for a long time but that does not excuse it from the poor quality that was shown in the basic functions of the hotel.

Careful AC IS NOT WORKING! And it’s 81F???? they lied to us saying we were contacted by them already.
