Nice and cozy ambiance little corner coffee shop located in a quiet street which draw locals to come for friendly conversations or simply relaxing moment to enjoy a cup of coffee. We did not have the chance to try the breakfast options as we came here on Friday night after a big dinner. However, there are reasons why this coffee shop had received such love from local people with thousands of review and a dominance of 5 star ratings.
We ordered us a glass of Moka Helado, which has 4 layers: milk foam, coffee, and hot chocolate with cinnamon, and a slice of Tarta Platano Con Chocolate, which is a pie with a chocolate-covered crust, banana slices with caramel leche, and topped with whipped cream. At first, I thought the slice was too big, and the whipped cream was just overwhelmed. And as a matter of fact, it required two of us to finish one slice. But to my biggest surprise yet, it was the best pie crust I have ever had. It was not so sweet nor rich, but very chocolatey and crispy. It elevated the whole pie to many next levels. And all that was only for less than $6.
I will definitely be coming back to discover for more, and to give myself a chill moment after busy days at work. Undoubtedly, this cafeteria is a gem of the city.
