Okay, the hotel is great, the locations, the people are polite. A few things.
We booked two rooms and got upgraded to a suite, awesome!... BUT 1 room had the boiler in it, making it extra warm, also the shower on that room was really rusty and a bit too tiny.
Second bedroom only had 1 outlet between the two beds... with one standing fan. We actually had to moved the bed so that we could plug it in and have the air directed to us while we sleep. We asked for an extension but didnt have any. Also we had to plug two cellphones in the living room because of it as well.
To finish the parking lot needs some security measures, some mirrors would be good, since is one lane and you can see ahead. The spaces are also a bit too small, we had to park in two spaces, or fear to enter thru the trunk at our return

This hotel has no air conditioning, at least not in my room. The windows didn’t open either but I had a fan. It felt like a sauna.
I was on the 15th floor and it got windy at night and I could feel the building sway a bit. I told the receptionist and he said that no one ever mentioned anything of the sort.
It was clean and takes pets.The staff was friendly.

I really enjoyed to stay there, it’s so clean, the service was amazing, they really were so nice, the room was perfect, it was so clean and had necessary to be comfortable. My experience in Guadalajara was so nice thankful to this hotel. Although it was a little annoying the loudest motorcycles that were passed at midnight.

It was an excellent views customer service, and the room had almost everything except landline which is basic because WiFi wasn't good.

I love this Hotel ! I am staying here for almost a year now !!! Best part is the location Not the best part is affordability - if you stay here for long term that could cost you a fortune ????????u200d♂️. And the staffs here are very friendly. Very close to Chapultapec and don't worry about reaching to parties haha !!!

Extreamly recommended, clean and comfortable, good price and sizes. The only bad thing is the smell sometimes for the other units, but is just in the elevator.

It's a place to stay. Clean and very quiet. Service was good. Price a little high but you will get a good night's sleep.
