Positive: The staff, most of whom spoke at least some English, were helpful, friendly, and polite. Especially Gisela at the front desk - she was delightful. The room was attractive, had a large window, and my room had a lovely view. Recommended. Negative: This is a standard, clean and comfortable hotel. It is not "luxurious" however and I think it rates 3 stars, but not higher.

Location of this hotel is very very convenient if you are willing to walk around to the cathedral downtown, markets, and stores all around. Front desk and door man are very attentive. One thing I will complain about is my VIP ACCESS, I never received my complimentary coupons at all, even though the manager called the room saying he will drop them off and never did, but other than that, excellent place to stay in

Our room key didn’t work and they made us feel like it was operator error. The guy came up and it didn’t work for him either. They put us in another room and the floors were soaking wet. There was only two towels for 4 people and no remote or room service menu. It was a really beautiful hotel and very clean but it took a waitress over 30 minutes to even acknowledge us. Ugh. No one offered to compensate us in order to make it right.

Our room was immaculate, and the view was amazing, we did pay a little more for the view and it was worth it. The Wifi was fast, and the showers hot. The room was cleaned perfectly daily, they have a system where the cleaning staff know when you are in your room, so they don’t come. When you walk in you room you put your keycard in a slot to get the power for the room, which helps cut down on electricity. When the cars is in the slot there is a small light that glows so they know you are in there and will not knock for services. The staff is amazing and very accommodating with any requests. Just be aware that the restaurant closes early, but with all the food delivery services you can still get food delivered.

I stayed in room 809 and it had a great view. Room was clean and in really good condition. Hotel is close to everything in downtown, 5 minutes away from cathedral. Room was spacious. I loved the place. I recommend it.

Positive: Hotel is near the downtown area. Staff were friendly and willing to help. Negative: The hotel is rundown. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. We complained and the only thing they did was remove it but never brought it back. The AC unit did not work.
