Do not get charmed by the location. Although the location is fine, the hotel is far from good. Rooms are loud, walls are thin, internet forget it that internet and zero internet are the same. Staff is ok to check you in and check you out but don't expect more from them. Overall you're better off across the street. This would surpass expectations if It was a Motel.

The hotel is clean with larger than typical rooms. Free parking in the garage is a nice amenity. The front desk (or any) staff do not speak English. Overall, the property deserves three stars max: the doors to the rooms are hollow and let all the noises from the hallway in, the internet connectivity is nominal with the download speed being less then 1 Mbps (upload speed is quite higher), the shower space is nice but the shower head was splattering water all over, the restaurant looks more like a cafeteria with nobody attending to it at times during the day when it was actually open. You get what you pay for.

+++Good value, large Rooms. / —-Scary Location at Night and sketchy during the day. / Restaurant basic. Morning staff unfriendly but efficient. Evening waiters kind and gorgeous. Evening cook extra Good!

Great little hotel. Rooms are big and nicely decorated. Bathroom has a large shower. Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. The staff is friendly. I also had the breakfast one day it is a good deal at 110 pesos. Good coffee, fresh squeezed juices, mix of hot and cold food.

Clean large rooms. Friendly staff. Safe. Walkable you’re city square. Only problem is a nightclub is close enough you can hear the music until 2-3 am. I’m a light sleeper so that was no bueno. Otherwise great hotel! Breakfast buffet was good. Cost 115$.
