I was able to get to know the hostel since their beginnings and I have to say it's one of the best hostels I've been to. The people there is awesome, they have great party's and all the environment is relax and fun, full with good vibes,art and just some blocks away from the best zone in Gdl. The owner is really nice, always willing to help and make your stay comfortable and unforgettable. You'll feel like home and be aware that you'll want to stay longer! I have to add that you will make good friends.Totally recommended!

I stayed at Avant Garden a little over a week and had a really great time there !
I was sleeping in one of the two 6-people dorms but the house also has 7 private rooms.
The house is really nice, with a nice patio to relax, a big living room and a very functional kitchen.
All the guests were very friendly and respectful, and Andrew the owner was very nice as well. He gave me a lot of nice spots to visit in Guadalajara.
The house is ideally located, 5mn walking from Chapultepec, in an area with a lot of bars and restaurants.
Great place to discover the city of Guadalajara !

I have been there a few months, was a great experience ! It's absolutely well located in the city with all you near just at the corner :)
If you look for a place to stay one night, one week, one year... this is the good one.

I stayed 1 month at avant garden hostel. What can i say? i loved it. it`s well located, good people living there, its cheap and you can meet people from different parts of the world. I had no problems there. I fully recommend

Great hostel to stay in La Colonia Americana. They showed me around the area and gave great recommendations. Its a block from Ave. Chapultepec and there is a huge grocery store a block away which was super convinient...

Really cool place to stay, friendly, fun, good prices u0026 a great location. Knowlegeable owner and always happy to help out. Great decor throughout and a real home away from home, i couldn't recommend this place any stronger. I will certainly be back - no question!!

Great service, chill vibes, and excellent location with great hosts. I highly recommend to anyone stopping through Guadalajara.
