One of the best hotel experiences I've had in
Mexico! The hotel is beautiful, clean and the service is friendly and attentive. I loved this location because it sits on top of a mall that has a grocery store in the lower level. This made it convenient to purchase beverages u0026 snacks when needed.

The fact that you have to take an elevator up to the lobby, and another to the rooms gives the hotel an extra secure feeling for safety purposes. In addition to this, having a "private" pick up loop in front of the
hotel also made it feel safe when waiting for Ubers!

Don't be afraid to talk to the service providers! Front desk and bell men that stand outside of the hotel are genuinely kind.
I will recommend this hotel to family u0026 friends forever! Can't wait to go back again soon!

Excellent location. Great to be close to so many restaurants and shops. The interior is very new and the in-room workspace was very comfortable for WFH travel. Comfortable beds. The service and view from the executive lounge was very good. The breakfast in the lounge had everything you could want and the food was very good. Will stay here again on my next trip to Guadalajara.

I traveled to Guadalajara for work for 5 days, and stayed at the Hilton Midtown location. The hotel is amazing; the staff is very courteous and helpful; breakfast is full of options; dinners were a little challenging as a vegetarian, but there were a few items that worked for me. The hotel is built right into the Midtown Shopping / Mall, so there are many other shops, stores, and restaurants to sample. I would stay here again for work trips, but it's probably too pricey to stay for leisure with my budget.

Hilton Midtown is by far the best hotel in Guadalajara. The quality of the staff, the spacious and modern rooms and the location of this hotel is just perfect. The food is great and the atmosphere is awesome. It's right inside a shopping mall so it's convenient and very safe.

Great room --- get the city view for great views; bar staff was perfect with great cocktails; check in and check out was flawless; Rueben (valet) was helpful at arrival and perfect suggestions for dining every night.

Great location. Really nice hotel. It has an executive feel but it was great for our family trip. My 3yo enjoyed playing in the mall's food court which is mostly open between 11am and 8:30pm. We were able to stock our mini-fridge by buying in the supermarket within the mall called Fresko. Keep in mind the hotel validates the mall's parking ticket to get a cheaper daily rate. Also, it takes 5-7 min and two elevators to get from the ground floor to your room on the other end of the building.

Extremely disappointed! My wife's purse was stolen with her phone in it by the pool area in broad daylight! Be careful and aware of your surroundings and never get too comfortable. I felt so secure and laid back until this happened! Staff and management did terrible in helping resolve the situation. Very dissapointed!
