Been here three times and always the worst food. Last time I went, I ordered the steak with masked potatoes and broccoli. The steak I ordered, was cold and the mashed potato’s were frozen on the bottom. I asked them to redo it and they sent me the same order and only put it in the oven for like 5 minutes. I say this cause the server came back less than 7 minutes after I sent it back. You are not supposed to reheat steak in the microwave since it toughens the meat. FYI the mashed potatoes where still frozen on the bottom. Coke was flat and no ice. Really people ? SMH !

Staff are nice but television way too loud. Food just passable. Chicken salad - chicken was dry and tasted like it was processed with some kind of tenderiser. Sauces taste like mass produced from a bottle and not homemade. I’m sure people could have heard the soccer scores at half the volume management played it at. Especially to loud for lunch time crowd.

The environment is ok, good music, they offer you a cards rewards, yeah! Once you enroll it you get a free desert, more yeah! But there is a catch, the gift, your dessert, can not be to take out. Yes, you can't ask to get your gift reward to take out. The manager came out and said that was the policy. F.Y.I. Get your dessert I'm the plate take one spoon and said you are full you will take it to go. You eat it there, they can't deny you the box for the food that you order and can't not eat.

This is a very popular location and the food is consistently good. The service depends on the day. I like to sit on the Patio, as the inside tends to be a bit noisy due to the TV's. There are only about 3 food options in the fast food of this large shopping center and this Chili’s is the only restaurant as such. The food is the same menu as all Chilis, well served in terms of acceptable quantity and taste. Waitresses a little slow in terms of service.
