Excellent location, if you need to visit the CAS. The place... Could definitely improve. Renovations didn't pull it off

I have been here before and usually I rate it 5 stars but this time I was very disapointed. There is no hot water on the shower, you have to wait around 5 min so the hot water comes down, then the water flow is inconsistent. The rooms usually are cold but we always had the heater which to my surprise was not working properly neither. Also, when I did the check in they told me they do not accept American Express, however, I called them 15 days ago to ask the same thing amd they said they do accepted it. Anyways, not coming back here next year.

Quaint, small hotel, with very friendly staff. Quiet rooms and firm mattresses. If you're looking for a place that feels local instead of just another hotel, I would recommend Casa Madonna.

Stay away. Toxic owner.
