Love this place one of the high end hotels in ensenada, rooms are well kept and spacious, customer service is great, the pool is nice, they don’t have pool service since the pandemic. Other than that love it. You can order room service. And or go to the restaurant their food is really good too. I love the views at sunset.

Can't say enough about this place. Elegant, superb service, super clean rooms, beautifully decorated. Piano bar with one of the best pianist I've ever seen. The pool and jacuzzi area at night is colorful, relaxing and cozy, the fireplace add a touch of romanticism. The branch and mimosa uhmm. I can't say enough of the place. And price are fair. We stay at a motel in San Diego and this immaculate place was like half of what we paid in San Diego. Highly, highly recommended.

The hotel was great and modern. The staff was very friendly and always went the extra mile.

The Sunday brunch was delicious with the seafood cart and tacos with different kinds of meats.

The rooms were nicely decorated and clean.

Stayed here for one night for a business trip. The staff was friendly and very accommodating the service in the bar was also excellent.

The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. My only issues were that the room was excessively humid, the water took close to 15 minutes to warm up in the shower, and the TV remote didn't work.

We were looking forward to staying here but upon arrival seeing what looked like a couple of parties taking place here we started to get nervous. We weren't wrong, our room was on the 1st floor, near the banquet hall and the noise was loud from the party. I had ear plugs in and I could still hear the music and people hooting and hollering. Nothing worse than not being able to relax or getting a goodnight sleep. I will never stay there again.

The entire wedding party stayed here for my son's wedding. In spite of our signed contracts for the services they tried to charge us $2000.00 USD more than the contract for the rehearsal dinner even though we had fewer people than agreed. It seems like they tried to gouge us and take advantage of the Americans at every opportunity. They were difficult to work with and incompetent when it came to tasks such as delivering the welcome packages to the room. I would characterize the management as greedy and unhelpful. Overall not a good experience.

Confused by the stellar reviews here. The pool area was underwhelming (water was freezing) and the jacuzzi didn’t work - they said it was under maintenance. Lady at concierge was unhelpful, on her phone the entire time, and annoyed when you ask her simple questions. She kept saying “go ask the front desk” when the front desk clearly had a line.

All the machines in the gym was also broken. Be aware that the rooftop is not accessible - it’s only for private events even though they advertise that the ceviche bar is up there. Also beware of where you pick your room, there’s a tall abandoned building that’s an eyesore - could potentially be in your window view. It’s right next to the hotel and a total eyesore at the pool.

The massage at the spa was great. The bar was great (I believe Emilio was the bartender at night) and the poolside service was good too. They had a ceviche bar during the day by the pool.

Overall this hotel seems falsely advertised. Some of the guests here said that hotel corral nearby was booked for the weekend, but they recommend it over Lucerna.
