A really nice place. Many rooms have an ocean view. Each casita seems unique. Has classic Mexican charm from the 50s? The bed was very comfy. We will go back. The only reason this is not 5 stars was because the shower drain had a bit of a bad smell.

Rooms 108 and 112 have amazing views and i loved the convienence of the kitchens but they provide no seasonings so bring your own.
The pool was slightlt heated.
The cabans on the shore front are beautiful.

Good evening we had stay in this hotel it was awesome to beautiful and the cabins are so big and beautiful and the restaurants are so good and people very nice and staff very romantic and the early walks front of the beach thank you papa gallos we will come back in these few weeks .

Horrible experience. Stay away from this place. Their drinks were disgusting. People are treated poorly. There are other better hotels with more integrity. They don’t respect Mexican law regarding access to the beach.

Called to make a reservation . They hung up on me ten times . I tried to book a room for June 19th and was told that the room only sleeps 6 people but the room has 4 beds . 1 king , 2 queens and a double. I explained we were 8 people they said we would have to book two rooms. The young man was very rude and not very proffesional. He also on the weekends you can not book just one night it has to be a minimum of two nights. When I asked why he was very condescending. I asked to speak to a manager he said no one was avaliable. When I asked when they would back he said 5 or 6 pm . Me and my wife were interested in booking this place for our wedding next year we just wanted to spend the night there with some family to experience the hotel before booking it for our wedding ementities etc. Needless to say that young man just costed them thousands of dollars . I wanted to speak to the Manger to see if they would make an exception. Horrible customer service .

Love this place. Empty when we booked yet we were given a room was well below par. Basic things worked. Clean bed. The mile long walk along the ocean makes up for the state of our room.
Manager: Please keep a working corkscrew for clients.
