It was good Sunday experience. People inside are nice and helpful BUT the people at the doors and the ladies that deal with returns/pick ups need to be courteous and more people friendly.

Great store for home improvement projects. Fast friendly service. Can be a bit busy at times and a little hard to get help looking for something.

Our car got broken into during the middle of the day at the home depot parking lot. Window shattered and things that were not visible were stolen. We let the Home Depot management know about it and they told us that this in not untypical. The lack of response and the fact that the break-in happened during a busy day indicate a lack of security presence. The mall across the street has security people all over the place. I think Home Depot can do a better job. For now on, we will shop at stores with better security.

Good service except the paint department there. Employees are just standing around and when I asked for help with colors they gave me a brochure and said those are 5he colors and pointed to where there was the paint!

I have shopped a lot at home Depot Ensenada sometimes I get lucky and find what I need to many times I do not. The store does not maintain inventory or selection very well at all. It's not like going to the US. Most of the time when you find what you want on display there is no inventory of the product. Also, inventory is not maintained in the correct locations.

If you speak Spanish this location is capable of helping you with most everything you need. Otherwise it may be a challenge. Generally well stocked and friendly.
