Loved the room and the upgraded ac and fan. Clean bathroom and shower. Constantly kept my room clean which is amazing after a long day. Super nice staff and bar tender. The pool is nice especially at night. Food was amazing. Everything so fresh and hot. Highly recommend after the remodeling.

The pool looks amazing. That's why I chose to stay here. Unfortunately, it's absolutely freezing and not even little kids were swimming in it. The hot tubs were nice though. The rooms were just ok. But I did like the bathroom and the shower was cool. We had the breakfast buffet and it was delicious and I was impressed with the staff there. My issue and reason I won't be back and wouldn't recommend is that they refuse to hold your luggage after check out. We checked out at noon and our ride was picking us up at 3pm. We figured we walk around and do some shopping while we waited. But they don't hold onto your luggage so we had to sit in the lobby for 3 hours. We couldn't even go spend money at their casino or anywhere else in the area. And with it being the last day of our vacation we had a lot of money left to spend. Seems like it would be much more financially beneficial to the hotel and business nearby to take two minutes to tag a couple bags and keep them behind the front desk or closet or empty room. I have never been to hotel that won't hold your bags for a few hours. It just doesn't make sense.

My friends and myself visit this place quite often, Marco has and outstanding customer service, and he is very friendly, so far the best.

In general is good however they could improve the timing when you order food, sometimes it takes a while and also for drinks.

There sometimes I rather go to the bar and order right away. If they had a couple persons to serve by the pool area they will be alright, it's only one and that could be too much when there's lots of people.

We always come back regardless. We work in the hospitality industry as well.

We went here to use the pool. Got a day pass and got there about 10AM during the week. For the next 3 hours there was only 6 other people there. The pool and facilities were clean and the service was good. The drinks were resort prices, but we bring or own water. Loved the pool and atmosphere, and would definitely go back again. Three hot tubs at one end and the drink bar was at the other.

Positive: I had stayed there a years ago and loved it¿ this second time around got the same room at my surprise remodeled.. had no complaints last time this time the completely blew me away!! Love this hotel. There pool Is awesome and everything so clean.

We had the bad luck to stay on an very very outdated room when we specifically asked we wanted the nicer rooms the elevators dont work and staff get annoyed if you ask them questions about the rooms and been upgraded. I feel like I am staying on a haunted hotel. The hotel is very hot and the beds are even worse. I felt like we where sleeping on rocks and the bathroom worse it had food on the shower floor. Do not stay here the reveiews

The place is going under big remodeling which is good, I have been going there for quite some time, I didn't like that I have to pay extra to get a room with tiles instead carpet.
Also, I wish they don't allowed outside visitors to use the pool for a fee.
