Quiet lil place in the central part of the main strip. Everything is walking distance, and the best part is being able to come back to the room after eating locally. They do get booked during major events or simple weekends. Book in advance to take advantage of the location.

I stay at this hotel for my regular trips to go fishing in Ensenada. Don't be fooled by the age of the building. Its very clean and very safe u0026 secure. Parking can get pretty crowded, so if you have early morning plans, i.e. fishing, you would be wise to park where you can get your car out. There are a few units with kitchenettes and some dishes. I understand the owners would provide a few more if asked. Units I have used did not have ac, but the complex cools nicely with an evening breeze. Safe, economical, clean. Definitely recommend Colon. 4 stars only because of ac.

If they think your a tourist they will raise the price on you. You could stay at a better Motel or Hotel for the price we paid here. Will not stay here again. Tourists be careful .

The place is good and comfortable. I would have given it 5 stars except for one thing, useless internet, and excuses why that was so. If I wanted to do any work, I had to walk to a cafe, 6 blocks away.

This is a good place to stay for a night. They rent houses with 3 bedrooms but they are old, but the prices are fair
