If you are looking for a good RV park this isn't it. Overpriced and under-maintained. The bathrooms are nasty. Quite run down

Located right on the beach, which is possibly the only positive point about this place. Accommodations are old and funky. Beds are crammed together and uncomfortable. Electric and plumbing have us frequent issues. The places are filled with appliances and accessories that look good but simply do not work. Seriously, why put a microwave in a kitchen that doesn’t work? The blender, coffee maker, and TV didn’t work either. The whole place is ramshackle and needs serious maintenance. There is only wi-fi access in a small area, not in the guests’ rooms. If the rates were low, it might be almost alright. But the rates are outrageous for what it is. Save your $$.

Was a great place to stage in prep for the Baja 1000 back in 2010. The staff accountability could be better and the security is not great. Near the beach which was fun to go out and fly kites on the sand.

This place was a good home for those on a low budget bit for me it was just a staying place for a week. Although I do recommended bringing enough water to wash face and hair, the water they have is salt water which makes it hard to wash hair or not very good on soft skin. But in all it was a decent place also no air-conditioning bit other than those the place was pretty nice.

The service for just using the beach for the night it's affordable and you can just use it for a camping for the night or a campfire for a hours and go late in the night to your room or house. The location is also a good one because there is space and a little room for access to the beach.

Hoses are terrible dirty and with mouses. Furniture are very old. They have only salt water in the houses! There are often loudly big parties(the music plays all night) , once 50 cars were parking new our house. The owner Lisa thinks that loudly music all night is OK, becouse she., as she said, "have connections in the police"

Horrible dirty and expensive. Dirty and moldy refrigerator and kitchen, dirty and stained couches beds with no headboard. No electricity and water the whole night. everything is old and upgraded. You don't want to sit on the couch or lay down on the bed, it was horrible very bad experience.
