For bein a motel the room was nice, clean, and service was good, staff friendly and help us on anything we need, we stay for a night and was good, just remember is a motel and sometimes you are going to see a lot of couples going in and out! Is a plus that you can go to the beach in walking distance, right now the malecon is under construction so you maybe need to going around. Also remember that is no air conditioning or heater because the type of weather over there but they will give you an extra blanket for the night if you need it. Also they still give you a key for the room.

Not sound proof at all, super loud music till around 3-4 am in the room next to us. Hotel management should say something to be more quite. Simple hotel you get what you pay for I guess ????

Great to stay, safe place..clean and very affordable price... Recommended to stay and save, even if you take your wife... SAVE in stay to SPEND in the Town or wineries

Place was to expensive water was cold room was cold for 1600 per night and water wasn't hot enough definitely not going back

The room was clean, free of bugs, and cool thanks to the September breeze coming off the coast. No air conditioning, but not really needed.

They've installed these nice...balcony shades? that stretch along all of the upper rooms in front of the room itself, so the sun doesn't burn the room.

The TV has a few channels, mostly in spanish though one movie channel is in englsih with spanish subtitles. My room had what I thought was a cool reclining chair for gaming and writing/ watching TV.

It is not for those things. Still nice to recline in though.

There's a taquiera (taco place) up the road within walking distance, a quasi-food court (three mini-restaurants located adjacent to one another with shared seating) also nearby, within walking distance. I got the..."hamburgueso...texana" or something like that. The Carl's Jr. bacon western cheeseburger more or less, except cheaper and better-tasting. There's a bar nearby within walking distance also, attached to a hotel. Very low key and relaxed. The beach is nearby and has a couple of access points, though I heard from some people that the water may be contaminated so I avoided it...they had horseback ride-rentals though, and a nearby scuba instructor/ tour guide.

All in all for $38/ night with private parking in a walled and contained area...it was honestly surprisingly sweet!

Very affordable, cozy, modern and CLEAN. My small family of 4 stayed in a 2 queen bed yesterday and paid 590.00 MXN (Approx. 35.00 USD). My only issue was the showers were made to not have a curtin so there was a bit of a water mess in the bathroom (no big deal of your not OCD) and the carpet maybe needs a cleaned but othere then that NO bugs and very nice staff!!!! We will be returning!!!

I like the price for the area. Its walking distance from the beach and the rooms are clean. The front staff are nice and don't give you much trouble for early check in. Just remember you have to leave identification in the front desk in exchange for the room key.
