Worst service i have seen in a historical hotel like this , had to ask 2 or 3 times to have something , the only good thing is the food here, traditional and delicious, the rest needs huge change

it was okay, could've been better. the food in the hotel was average, and took about an hour after ordering for it to arrive. the wifi was straight up awful, probably the worst aspect of this hotel. the rooms were okay, you just have to be fine with having very little outlets. some pros are its near some plazas and food, its in the heart of durango so you can wander around and do some shopping or something. 3/5.

Unprofessional stuff. Arrogantly ignorant. I paid my reservation in advance. At the check in, the stuff didn’t recognize my payment. At that time, I did not have any option but to pay again so that I could get a room. Now, I am waiting for a refund from Booking. Being “professionals” in the industry, they are incapable of using Booking.com system efficiently.

Pleasant employees and very cheap hotel, fast room service but the A/C doesn't work at all, it only blows warm air and the shower is not stable at all, I was showering when all of a sudden cold water comes out and had to wait for warm water to start coming out. Order room service since It was a long drive and was tired and hungry and order enchiladas that they looked very delicious on the menue but when it came to my room after a cold shower started eating my supposedly delicious enchiladas they tasted like sugar and not spicy like they supposed to taste. Over all it was a nice stay.

It's nice if you get the panoramic room, although it's a little old (instalations) the room is nice, the personal is nice and the room has two sofas

Everything is clean and the employees have been wonderful. This place is in the center and everything is walking distance. I highly recommmend staying here if you are traveling to Durango.
