Honestly the worst place to get a car rental I made a reservation through AAA paid $55 us to get AAA Coverage. With a quote of about 450 with the full coverage For 4 days. For like a chevy cavalier. Sounds reasonable! I get to the airport get to my rental at hertz I just made the reservation accordingly to them didn't pat anything. Well I'm already here I should just get the same car right ok. We'll 750 dollars later I said nope. I'm out of here!. All of a sudden they have a better car better coverage for 250.. like really ok I'm still here I get it.. it took an hour to get to the airport to the the rental location down the street... like really it's hertz!! Mind you at the same time my brother got there got his rental and the one with same car same coverage with out the hassle at enterprise...I'm just going to stick to that from now on thanks hertz. It hurt

I had a reservation that i made on Expedia for 3 days on a premium car. When i got off my flight they tried to tell me that the vehicle i had reserved was not available and all the other cars they offered were much more expensive for less commodities. I left the booth with no car and a bad experience. On top of that they kept the collision insurance payment that i paid for upfront on Expedia. Do not book with this company people.

We had a paid reservation for a 7 passenger vehicle, however when we showed up for our pick up. They didn't have the vehicle and charged me extra for a cheaper vehicle. How is it possible after it has been paid?? I was told i couldn't get the price adjusted since it was paid for! On top of it i waited 2hrs to get helped! I was one of many customers with the same issue!

The worst service for Car Rental I have ever suffered in my lifetime; I prepaid my car with an online discount, the salesman that opened my contract charged me with extra fees and never told me so, therefore by the time I returned the car I had to pay extra 200 USD approximately, the agency manager did not solve anything, and just told me in a prepotent manner that the only thing I could do was to send an email to the customer service. Watch out with this Hertz office, they will literally steal from you.

The lady was not very kind and they did not explain all the cost in detail also they switched cars on us not a good experience. I had already paid for the car and then they say we have to use a much smaller car .I would have changed to another company but they said it cost us to cancel. Not a good experience ????

New Hidden Charges That They Don't Tell You Wen You Make Your Reservations From USA insurance Rates Exceed The Rental Price Per Day They Should Have A Price Rate Including Insurance From USA Rental Double Price increase They Didn't Want To Respect That Your Credit Card Covers Up To $50.000 For Rental ????????????????????????????

I booked 3 months in advance a van 7 passengers vehicle 5 luggage capacity. when I got there the lady at the front desk gave me a nissan kicks 4 passenger 2 luggage capacity car and she wanted to charge me the same price....I refuse to take the nissan kick...and then they gave me a Jetta that was dirty....its the same story every month with this agency and hertz representative lady did not care at all..she said if you dont like it go somewhere else while texting her boyfriend at the same time.I will never rent here again this place is trash.....
