I have been a loyal Customer; anytime I need a car, especially international. I've had issues before regarding Contract disputes when they demand additional coverage that is not needed. It seems that it has been resolved, on the website it clearly states no hiding fees and no additional coverage needed once You pay upfront. Today Is regarding something different; This is most likely to happen internationally tha domestically. Just today I left a recently purchased Levi's Jacket on top of the back seats and didn't realize it until 6 hrs later. Called and of course no one found anything. Maybe This has to do more with employee conduct, but the Company should emphasize more when it comes to property left behind. They had My contact info, easily They could have called. Paper work that was handed to Me after returning the car had no info on the car, and they were asking specifics about the Car when Am sure they could have just looked up the info with My name, very poorly handled by the front desk. If anything changes and I get contacted, I will definatly consider adding an extra star.
