The modern rooms had very comfortable and clean beds. The air conditioner was loud. The shower didn't really have warm water but it was very nice. The restaurant had great food and would recommend eating there. The staff were very helpful.

Worst experience on this level of hotel.

A cockroach in the breakfast area, we reported it to the lady at the entrance, she was on the phone and did not paid much attention.

Room was noisy, it is in the busiest street of the city and this is an open hotel (motel kind of), in addition, the air conditioning was very noisy as well.

Looks that this hotel is a remodeled very old hotel, but not a fine work was done, there is still very old bad maintained furniture, and facilities in the rooms.

Staff was not the kindest, probably not well paid.

Not enough parking space, they put cars everywhere and makes difficult to go out, with the risk of a collision.

Wi-Fi very slow and unstable.

In general, very difficult to find something that I liked from this hotel.

Will never stay there, there are some other hotels in the area at a lower cost that are newer than this, but were booked for those nights. If that happens again better try another one.

5 nights before, I stayed on one of those hotels and the service, quality and value was way far from this one.

Overall, this is an excellent hotel. We had a great experience and the bedding was nice and plush. Pillows were comfy and the room was clean. The hotel staff, especially the gentleman who took us to our room was very helpful, curtious and offered excellent customer service. We would most definetely stay again and recommend to our collegues and family.

The hotel met our needs as an overnight stop on our way to Mazatlan. Parking area is secure. Able to change room to ground floor to be near car for unpacking/packing purposes. Clean, beds comfortable. A bit noisy but manageable - you're in a busy part of the city. Hotel staff helpful, pleasant. Would stay here again.

Hotel doesn't meet basic Quality standards, issues with the AC, water leaks from AC on the floor could not fix , had to have towels all over the floor. Bathroom minuscule and filthy. Furniture has seen better days, old, dirty.Changed room the next day AC noisy , bathroom minuscule and overall filthy as was the room as dirt and debris appeared from under the bed. Cleaning and maintenance certainly not a priority. Only saving grace, beds very comfortable.
Breakfast OK. The whole appearance of the property needs to be upgraded, the same for rooms and public spaces. Not to be recommended until major upgrades renovations done!

It was a good hotel, comfy beds and good price, but the surrounding area is very noisy so if you happen to get assigned to one of the periferal rooms you'll possibly regret staying there. Continental breakfast its good but very few choices.
